What’s Wrong With the State of the State Department?

The State Department, the agency that oversees federal aid to American diplomats abroad, is in disarray.

Its finances are in disrepair and its chief financial officer, Andrew Card, is under fire.

And its chief operating officer, Bryan L. Brown, resigned.

But the Trump administration is still in charge, and its budget has not been cut.

The State and Defense Departments are still receiving the billions of dollars they are slated to receive next year.

The Trump administration has also appointed new top officials to run both the State and the Defense Depencies.

And it is still paying its staffers.

The new administration is the first since World War II to not pay salaries to federal workers, even though many federal workers are still paid through payroll taxes and the National Labor Relations Act.

And some officials are leaving, including a newly promoted State Department official who is leaving the agency to become a lobbyist.

The Obama administration also didn’t pay salaries.

The U.S. is the only major nation on Earth that does not pay its own diplomats through payroll tax.

But there is little that Trump can do about it.

A recent State Department study concluded that its staff is the least well-paid in the world, and the most underpaid.

In addition to the salaries, there is no guarantee that State Department workers will get raises, and most don’t get paid for two years after leaving the department.

That means they often do not get paid when they are hired by foreign governments.

The pay gap between diplomats and their employers is even wider.

The top paid diplomat in the U.K., for example, earned $1.3 million last year.

That was up from $876,000 the year before.

The $9 million that American diplomats in Germany earn each year is far below the $2.7 million average.

Even if you are an American, and you have been to Washington, you will find that your salary is below the average of the countries you visit.

The gap between American diplomats and the average worker in each country is the largest among all of the nations surveyed by the World Bank.

And the pay gap is growing even wider, according to a State Department report released in October.

It found that for every one U.N. diplomat, there are one American citizen.

This is especially true for female diplomats, who make up almost 40 percent of the U!

In countries like Turkey, where women make up nearly a third of the population, the gender pay gap can be even larger.

In Turkey, female diplomats are paid just $7,000 per year, compared with the average salary of $36,000 for men, according the World Economic Forum, a research group that has tracked gender pay gaps.

In China, the average female salary is $53,000, compared to the $90,000 average for men.

The report also found that the U,N.

is not doing enough to raise wages for diplomats and for American workers.

In 2018, the State Departments budgeted $9 billion for U.n. missions.

In 2020, it planned to spend $13.3 billion.

But in 2021, the budget was cut by more than $1 billion, and in 2022, it was cut again.

This year, the U.,N.

budget was reduced by $1,000 from its previous level.

In 2017, the government spent $14.8 billion for operations and maintenance, up from just over $13 billion a year earlier.

This was partly because the budget has been stagnant and partly because many of the missions have been cut in recent years.

The administration has been trying to boost the U’s economy by cutting spending, but the Trump Administration has made no real effort to do so.

Trump has also not kept up with his campaign promises to raise the minimum wage, expand college loans and make it easier for American people to retire.

The White House also has yet to put in place a comprehensive plan for reducing the country’s massive debt.

The Department of Defense, the countrys largest federal agency, is the biggest U.s. government contractor, and is the one that employs the biggest number of Americans.

It is also the biggest contributor to the federal government.

The cost of operating the Department of Homeland Security, for example is $1 trillion a year, and has risen to $2 trillion in the past decade.

The Pentagon is also responsible for almost a third (31 percent) of the world’s debt, according, to the International Monetary Fund.

The federal government is also paying for a massive infrastructure program that is costing $6 trillion a day.

The debt burden for the U is increasing even faster than the national debt.

According to a report by the Center for Responsive Politics, the national average national debt is $20,744,000.

That is more than twice the average national income of $23,634,000 and almost twice the
